
Brittni Belcher
Brittni, a proud Tampa native, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida in 2012. Before pursuing her career as a physician assistant, she gained invaluable clinical experience as a medical assistant in ENT, plastic surgery, and family medicine. In 2017, Brittni completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at South University – Tampa.
She began her career specializing in geriatric psychiatry and has remained dedicated to advancing mental health care ever since. Passionate about education and mentorship, Brittni joined South University as an adjunct instructor in 2018, proctoring OSCEs and precepting psychiatry rotations for PA students. Currently, she teaches Clinical Medicine Lab and is committed to shaping the next generation of physician assistants by fostering their growth and development.
Brittni is devoted to both patient care and education, striving to make a lasting impact on the PA community and the field of psychiatry.
