Ngoc Luong
Ngoc Luong, PAC, is a boardcertified Physician Assistant specializing in psychiatry with nearly a decade of clinical experience. She brings a multidisciplinary background and a strong commitment to compassionate, patientcentered mental health care.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South University. After beginning her career in gastroenterology, she then transitioned into psychiatry.
Ngoc’s psychiatric work spans postacute care settings, including skilled nursing facilities, memory care units, and assisted living communities and now inpatient psychiatry.
Her practice is grounded in the belief that mental health care should be stigmafree and empowering patients to take an active, informed role in their treatment. In addition to clinical work, Ngoc serves as a preceptor for PA students completing psychiatry rotations, mentoring future providers with the same emphasis on empathy, clinical rigor, and patient advocacy that guides her own practice.
